Return Process

  Safely pack your unused Chill Steel Pipe in its original box, ensuring all components and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
